PRIVATE

Your enquiry stays confidential

NO PRESSURE

You decide what works for you

Whatever your reason

Sometimes you just need the property sold.

Every seller’s circumstances are different. We consider straightforward properties as well as properties that need work or may not suit the usual sales process.

01

Moving or relocating

You have somewhere else to be and don’t want a drawn-out sale.

02

Inherited property

You’ve inherited a house or property that you’d rather turn into cash.

03

Repairs needed

The property needs work and you don’t want to renovate before selling.

04

Tenanted property

You’re ready to move on from being a landlord or have a difficult situation.

05

Sale fallen through

Your plans are being held up by a buyer or transaction that didn’t proceed.

06

Need certainty

You simply value a clear, practical conversation about a quicker sale.

Three simple steps

How A Quick House Sale works

1

Tell us about it

Give us the basic property details, your ideal timeframe and what you’re hoping to achieve.

2

We assess the property

We look at the property, likely value, condition, timing and whether it fits our buying criteria. We may ask for more information or arrange a viewing.

3

We discuss price & terms

If it looks like a fit, we can discuss a direct purchase. You decide whether the price and terms work for you and can obtain independent advice before signing anything.

Questions

Before you enquire

Am I committed to selling if I submit the form?

No. An enquiry is simply an opportunity for us to review the property and discuss whether there may be a suitable way forward.

Does my property need to be renovated first?

No. Properties needing maintenance or substantial work can still be worth discussing.

How quickly can a sale happen?

That depends on the property, your circumstances, due diligence and the agreed transaction. Tell us your preferred timeframe and we can discuss what may be realistic.

Will you definitely buy my property?

No. We are actively looking to acquire property, but every opportunity is assessed individually and we cannot promise to purchase every property submitted.

Are you a real estate agency?

No. A Quick House Sale is presented as a property purchasing and investment business. We are looking to acquire property as a principal, not act as the seller’s real estate agent.

What might happen to the property after an agreement?

Depending on the opportunity, a property may be retained, improved or resold. Where an agreement permits nomination, another purchaser may be nominated. The exact contractual structure should be clear in the sale and purchase agreement, and sellers should obtain independent legal advice before signing.

Important information

A Quick House Sale is a property purchasing and investment business and is not acting as your real estate agent. We seek to acquire property for investment, improvement and/or resale. Where an agreement allows, the named purchaser may nominate another purchaser. Any purchase is subject to the terms of the signed sale and purchase agreement. You should obtain independent legal advice and, where appropriate, independent valuation or financial advice before entering into an agreement.
